The Organizing Committee has negotiated discounted rates for conference attendees, with prices guaranteed until 28 July 2006. Please note that some hotels may offer better rates through the main internet travel agencies (e.g. Expedia, Travelocity, ...) without notice.
In order to use the hotel resevation system and to be entitled to discounted rates, conference delegates are asked first to register to the conference and to obtain their Personal Registration Code (PRC). The PRC is required to login to the hotel reservation system.

Cancellation Policy for EUSIPCO Conference

Florence , 3 th -9 th Sept. 2006

- If cancellation is received by noon hotel time up to 30 days prior the date of arrival no fees will be debited.

- If the cancellation is notified at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date, 1 night will be debited on the credit card given upon confirmation.
